Everywhere I went on the island of Galma Stan in Stockholm I ran into soldiers. This was the military band that was playing during the changing of the guards that day. Apparently different bands come in from all over the country for the honor of playing in front of the palace. And yes, Sweden still has an active monarchy, and that's their palace.
